DRYWALL SUPERVISOR

Growing drywall and painting contractor is looking for a motivated and reliable Field Project Supervisor to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Twin Cities area.

Responsibilities:

Supervise drywall and painting crews on multiple job sites
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
Ensure quality control and project specifications are met
Monitor schedules and maintain project timelines
Conduct jobsite inspections and safety meetings
Track manpower, production, and project progress
Communicate effectively with General Contractors and owners
Resolve field issues quickly and professionally
Submit daily reports and project updates

Requirements:

Experience in drywall, painting, or commercial construction supervision
Ability to read plans and project specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable transportation
Basic computer and smartphone skills
