Experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer

HVAC Service Technician / Installer – $75,000–$93,000+ Per Year

Tri-Town Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of field experience.

We are looking for a technician who can work independently and handle both service and installation work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years HVAC experience
• Ability to install 1–2 furnaces and/or air conditioning systems per day when scheduled for installation work
• Ability to run 4–6+ residential service calls per day when performing service work
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Clear and detailed note-taking in Housecall Pro, including documenting all work performed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must live within approximately 15-20 miles of Erie, CO
• Must be available for rotating weekend on-call coverage
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Rotating weekends required
• Residential service and installation
• Independent service truck operation

Compensation:
• $75,000–$93,000+ per year depending on experience
