Experienced Steel & Aluminum Fabricator Wanted

Full-Time • Steady Work • Custom Fabrication

We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced fabricator who can build custom steel and aluminum structures with precision and professionalism.

This is NOT basic production work. We build custom architectural sign structures that require accuracy, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently.

Examples of the type of fabrication we build include custom monument signs, steel frames, aluminum structures, architectural canopies, and specialty welded assemblies.

Requirements:

Experienced with BOTH steel and aluminum fabrication

MIG welding required

TIG aluminum welding experience preferred

Must be able to read and understand blueprints/shop drawings

Must be able to fabricate accurately from prints

Ability to work unsupervised and stay productive

Clean, organized, detail-oriented workmanship

Must be precise and take pride in quality

Experience laying out, fitting, squaring, and assembling structures

Must maintain a clean and organized work area

Reliable transportation required

Positive attitude and dependable attendance

Ideal Candidate:

Can build complex custom structures independently

Understands fabrication sequencing and problem solving

Produces clean welds and professional finish work

Takes ownership of projects from start to finish

Works efficiently without sacrificing quality

Part time and full time availability
