Fiber Technician / Contractor Needed – Weekly Pay | Training Available

This is a **1099 independent contractor opportunity** with strong income potential for motivated individuals who want to work, learn, and grow.

No fiber experience? We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Because this is a contractor opportunity, you must provide:

### Compensation

This is a **production / piece-rate pay structure** based on completed work — not hourly.

You are paid for the work completed during installations including production items completed on jobs. The more work you complete, the more you earn.

**Typical Weekly Earnings:**

• New Contractors (after training): **$600–$900/week**
• 3-Month Experienced Contractors: **$1,000–$1,500/week**
• Experienced “Fiber Dogs”: **$1,600–$2,400+/week**

Top performers can earn more.

### Responsibilities

• Install residential fiber optic internet services
• Run aerial and underground fiber drops
• Install and activate fiber modem/ONU and router equipment
• Perform speed testing and service verification
• Educate customers on equipment and Wi-Fi setup
• Maintain professional workmanship and customer service
• Follow safety procedures and company expectations

### Requirements

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in rain, heat, cold, and wind
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and wall fishing
• Ability to lift and carry up to **75 lbs**
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology
• Flexibility for long drive times and travel when needed
• Reliable attendance is a must — customers count on us every day
