FOREMAN – EXCAVATION / UTILITIES

Growing excavation and utility company seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team.

• Can independently run crews and jobsites
• Reads and interprets plans accurately
• Communicates effectively with crews and management
• Is punctual, reliable, and organized
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Works collaboratively and professionally

Projects include:

• Water main installation and repair
• Sewer installation and repair
• Storm drainage
• Sitework and grading
• Utility excavation
• Emergency utility repairs
• Snow plowing operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and crews
• Coordinate labor, trucking, equipment, and materials
• Maintain safe, productive, and organized jobsites
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly
• Communicate daily progress and job updates
• Maintain accountability and workflow standards

Qualifications

• Excavation and utility experience required
• Foreman experience preferred
• Ability to read plans is required
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable attendance is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

• $40/hour starting pay
