Hardscape / Masonry Workers Wanted

LK Development Group is hiring experienced hardscape and masonry workers for our North Jersey crew.
We run premium projects across Bergen County — paver patios, driveways, retaining walls, stoops, front entrance work, drainage. Cambridge pavers, real base work, no shortcuts.
We are not a subcontractor outfit. Same crew, every job, start to finish. If you take pride in your work and want to be on a serious crew that gets paid on time and treats you right, we want to talk.
What we're looking for:

2+ years experience in pavers, retaining walls, or general masonry preferred
Strong general laborers with the right attitude will also be considered
Reliable transportation to job sites across Bergen County
Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
Speaks English, Spanish, or Albanian — we work with all three on our crew
Authorized to work in the U.S.

What we offer:

Competitive pay based on experience — $200–$350/day
