Lead HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The majority of our work is heat pump and mini-split systems — both ductless and ducted — so strong proficiency there is essential. You should be confident diagnosing, servicing, and troubleshooting heat pump systems independently. We also service conventional equipment including furnaces, AC, and boilers, so a solid foundation across both is important.

We are looking for someone ambitious and motivated. This is a company with real growth ahead of it, and we want someone who wants to be part of that. There is a clear path to take on greater responsibility and eventually move into an operations leadership role for the right person.

Requirements: EPA 608 Universal certification, valid Massachusetts driver's license, and a minimum of 5 years of field experience with a strong focus on heat pump systems. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
