We are currently hiring skilled, dependable, and experienced painters to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week), primarily serving the Grosse Pointe and Ann Arbor areas.
We work alongside top-tier designers and builders to deliver jaw-dropping finishes in some of the area’s most beautiful homes. Our team is made up of long-term employees with a deep knowledge of the trade, creating a supportive, professional environment where quality always comes first.
Position Overview
We are looking to hire 2–3 qualified painters with a minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience. Ideal candidates are confident in their skills, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of preparation, precision, and professionalism.
Physical & Professional Requirements
Applicants must be able to:
- Work confidently on ladders
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Pay close attention to detail
- Present themselves professionally with clients
- Manage time effectively
- Work well in a team environment
- Take direction and work independently when required
- Adapt and remain flexible on job sites
- Be on time and prepared to work each day
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional painting experience
- Be willing to learn new products, tools, and techniques
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients
- Maintain a daily log of completed work
Pay: $28-30 per hour, based on experience and skill
