Residential Carpenter/Framer Needed

MODBLT Homes is a premium custom modular home builder specializing in high-quality single-family residential construction. We are currently rebuilding homes in Altadena following the Eaton Fire and are seeking three experienced residential carpenters to join our field crews immediately. This is steady, long-term work on an active rebuild program with a professional, safety-first team.

Primary duties

Installation of sill plates with precision leveling and layout per plan
Roof framing — rafters, ridge boards, hip and valley framing to spec
Eave construction including fascia, soffit framing, and blocking
Wood deck framing, decking, and ledger attachment
Reading and working from architectural and structural drawings
Maintaining a clean, safe, organized job site at all times
Coordinating with project superintendent and other trades
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of single-family residential framing experience
Proficiency in sill plate installation, roof framing, eaves, and wood decks
Owns a complete set of hand and power tools for residential framing
Reliable personal transportation to the Altadena job site
Ability to read blueprints and follow structural plans accurately
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional attitude
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred (not required):

Experience with modular or prefab home installation and/or assembly
Prior work on fire rebuild or insurance restoration projects
