We are a professional outdoor living construction company based in the East Bay specializing in:

• Custom decks
• Patio covers
• Pergolas & pavilions
• Outdoor kitchens
• Premium exterior carpentry
• Steel and aluminum outdoor structures

We are not a production framing company. We build custom high-end outdoor living projects throughout Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a highly skilled carpenter with strong framing and finish carpentry experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and producing quality work.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, help lead projects, and maintain high standards on the jobsite.

Compensation:
$35–$40/hr depending on experience, production ability, and leadership skills.

• Jobsite organization
• Power tools and equipment

Preferred experience:

• TimberTech/Azek
• Pergolas & patio covers
• Railings
• Structural hardware
• High-end residential construction
