Skilled plasterer

Selected candidate(s) MUST have:

• At least 6 years of practical interior/exterior stucco/plaster application and repair experience in residential redecorating / rehabilitation projects.
• Experience with proper techniques for repair of lath and waterproofing membranes under external stucco walls/ceilings.
• Be familiar with available stucco finish products and application options required to properly prepare and repair interior and exterior stucco/plaster of a residential building.
• Must be able to match the existing stucco/plaster finish
• Possess the required basic hand tools & power tools required for this trade.
• Display a strong and positive work ethic, ability to follow directions, good team player,

and be self-motivated to perform their best.

• Exhibits good attention to detail and focus on getting the job done correctly and safely in a professional manner.
• Reliably arrives on-time to jobsite prepared to work a minimum 7 hour work day.
• Has reliable transportation; brings required tools, lunch, and required drinks to maintain proper hydration.
• Ability to lift 90+ lbs, material bags and work on feet all day, climb ladders as necessary.
• No drug or alcohol addiction problems. Must have SSN/ID to work in U.S.
• Have a smart phone to send/receive texts and emails.
