01 Journeyman Electrician

Job Description:

Washington State Journeyman Electrician (01). Commercial, light industrial, and residential construction, installation, service, and maintenance. Local work in Spokane, Stevens, and Pend Oreille Counties. Full-time, year-round, non-traveling, 40hr weekday schedule.

Qualifications:

• Washington State 01 Journeyman Electrical License (minimum two years’ experience)
• Strong knowledge of NEC, WAC, and RCW codes, rules, and laws
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to Pass Background Check
• Must be Self Motivated, Dependable, Safety Minded, and Mechanically Inclined
• Must have Integrity, be Trustworthy, and Workmanlike
• Foreman, Master and 02 Electricians, or Electrical Administrators need not apply

Requirements:

• Ability to install, maintain, and trouble shoot electrical systems.
• Work performed indoors and outdoors in uncontrolled elements.
• Long periods of standing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and twisting.
• Working on ladders, scaffolding, and man-lift equipment.
• Move up to 50lbs frequently and up to 75lbs occasionally.
• Operation of power tools and mechanized power equipment.
• Oral and auditory communication with others.
• Ability to understand verbal instructions, interpret plans and drawings.
• Recognize and mitigate against hazards, exposure to noise, fumes, dust, and/or odors.
• Utilize provided personal protective equipment.
