What We Collect
When you post a listing, we collect your poster email (private, used only for managing your listing and account recovery) and a contact email (public, displayed on your listing for applicants). We also collect the job listing details you provide (title, description, trade, location, pay rate, images).
When you pay for a listing, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
How We Use It
- Your poster email is used to send you a management link and to enable listing recovery if you lose browser data. It is never displayed publicly or shared with third parties.
- Your contact email and phone number are displayed on your listing so applicants can reach you.
- Listing content is displayed publicly on TradeWork.pro and may be indexed by search engines.
- We use anonymous Firebase Authentication for basic session management. No personal account is created.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your saved jobs and posted listings. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Firebase Authentication sets a session cookie for anonymous auth.

Data Retention
Active listings are stored for the duration of their posting period (30 days). Expired listings are marked as expired but remain in our database. You can delete your listing at any time via the My Stuff page, which soft-deletes it from public view.
Your Rights
You can edit or delete your listing at any time through the management tools on the My Stuff page. To request deletion of your email from our records, contact support@tradework.pro.
