Magnolia's Home Maintenance & Repair is looking for established independent tradespeople and service professionals in the Charleston area to take on additional residential service work as 1099 subcontractors.

We're a locally owned home-service company serving homeowners, property managers, investors, and residential customers throughout the Charleston area. Our work covers appliance repair, home maintenance, and property-management work orders, and it continues to grow.

TYPES OF WORK

• Appliance diagnostics and repair
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ceiling fans and light fixtures
• Dryer vent cleaning and tankless water heater maintenance
• General home and preventive maintenance
• Property-management work orders

PAID, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This is not an entry-level or training opportunity. We're looking for experienced professionals with verifiable hands-on experience in at least two relevant repair, maintenance, mechanical, or skilled-trade categories.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant paid experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Professional references
• Final candidates must authorize job-related criminal-background and motor-vehicle-record checks. Results are considered individually and in relation to the responsibilities of the position, consistent with applicable law.

COMPENSATION
Starting at a 60/40 split of labor revenue, based on experience, with potential for increases over time.
