$1,500/WEEK – AUTO FLEET MANAGER

Your job is to manage the mechanics, organize repairs, control parts spending, and get vehicles back on the road quickly.

PAY:

• $1,500 per week
• Full-time position
• Steady year-round work

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage our in-house mechanics
• Assign repair jobs and set completion deadlines
• Track every vehicle from diagnosis to completion
• Approve and control parts purchases
• Inspect completed repairs
• Keep the repair shop clean and organized
• Provide daily progress reports
• Reduce vehicle downtime
• Keep as many rental cars on the road as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive repair knowledge
• Fleet or repair shop management experience
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Ability to diagnose problems and verify repairs
• Ability to manage multiple mechanics and vehicles
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, honest, organized, and results-driven
