1920's Brick Building Experienced Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with specific knowledge in plumbing and electrical work within 1920s brick buildings with minimum 5 to 10 years experience.

Please note that this is a live-in position and may require responding to emergency calls. We ask that candidates apply only if they have direct experience and strong knowledge in handling and maintaining older brick structures. Must be able to handle physical work load with a strong work ethic.
