2 FINISHERS (painter, stainer, drywaller) wanted, good oppurtunity

I am looking to expand my business to take advantage of opportunities we walk past on a daily basis. I have several window and door installation crews, and many of these jobs require interior and exterior painting, or drywall repair, or staining. Currently I do not have anyone with the right skillset to take on these jobs, and I would like to hire someone who is ready to go with both the skillset and mindset to complete these jobs.

Ideally I am looking for 1 or 2 individuals who can work together to get stuff done. I would work with you to set up a van or a truck/trailer to work out of.

I am happy to properly compensate anyone and take pride in providing all my employees with very competitive wages. I believe in having top-of-the-line tools and equipment for a safe and efficient jobsite. If the right person comes along willing to take control and lead the team, I am more than open to considering a salary, a sales commission structure, and a take-home work vehicle.

We work mostly in high-end houses, so quality and professionalism are of the utmost importance.

Requirements:
-Lift 90lbs repetitively
-Safe and comfortable on ladders and scaffolding
-Reliable transportation
-Professional conduct and good attitude
-Speak English fluently
-Phenomenal range and quality of finishing skills
