Maintenance Helper - Entry Level - $18/Hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in maintenance, facilities, or general labor. No extensive experience is required. We will train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule Options

Monday - Friday
Tuesday - Saturday

Pay
$18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Help with painting, light carpentry, basic plumbing, and general upkeep
Change light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items
Move tools, equipment, furniture, and supplies as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Perform routine inspections and report maintenance concerns
Assist with preventative maintenance projects
Follow company safety guidelines and procedures

What We're Looking For

Reliable and dependable attendance
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to use basic hand tools or learn quickly
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
Mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous maintenance, construction, warehouse, janitorial experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work indoors and outdoors
