RedRock Resurfacing is a local coatings company specializing in countertop and bathtub resurfacing for commercial and residential clients throughout the Puget Sound.

We’re a team that works hard, looks out for each other, and knows how to have a good time while doing it. Our technicians enjoy flexibility, independence, variety, and the ability to create their own paycheck—all while learning a trade that takes real skill and pride.

No experience necessary. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Ride with a senior technician while training!

What You'll Do:

Prepare surfaces and apply coatings
Transform worn-out countertops, bathtubs and more surfaces into something customers are proud of
Work independently while staying connected with the team
Communicate professionally with customers, homeowners, and our office

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable and serious about attendance
Hardworking with a strong work ethic
A problem solver who can think on their feet
Comfortable working under pressure
A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A clear and professional communicator
Willing and able to take direction and learn
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
Equipped with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
Able to reliably receive daily job routes by phone
Drug and drama free

Have previous resurfacing experience? You could earn up to a $1,000 bonus!

$500 signing bonus + $500 after 30 days of successfully completing work at a 97%+ success rate.

Success rate is based on attendance, quality of work, and arriving prepared with everything needed to complete the job.
