$20/hr to Start + Path to Commission - Construction Tech (Bilingual)

PolyJacks is a fast-growing company based in Spring Hill, KS, working all over the Kansas City metro. We do three kinds of work: garage doors, concrete leveling (polyjacking), and general contracting / remodeling. We are building a small, highly skilled crew that works like a family, and we are looking for the next person who wants to grow with us for years.

$20/HOUR IS WHERE YOU START, NOT WHERE YOU STAY.

• Full-time W-2 employee from day one (90-day probation period)
• As you prove yourself, there are openings to move into commission-based sales roles and earn rewards based on performance
• The better your hands, your people skills and your selling, the more you can earn here, and the more the company invests in you
• We train you on garage doors and concrete leveling

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Install garage doors and openers
• Concrete leveling: lifting sunken driveways, patios and sidewalks
• Remodels: showers, kitchens, tile, drywall, mud and tape, paint, framing, decks, pergolas
• Talk with homeowners, explain the work, and help close the job
• Keep the warehouse organized and our trucks and equipment clean and ready

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A thinker, not a robot. Someone who notices a problem and solves it, takes pride in clean work, shows up on time, talks to customers with confidence, and wants more out of life than clocking hours.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• FLUENT ENGLISH AND FLUENT SPANISH (customers in English, crew in Spanish, every day)
• 2+ years of hands-on construction or remodeling experience
• Your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Your own hand tools
• A clean background. You must pass a background check and a drug test before hire.
• Available to work weekends
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders and roofs, and work outside in all weather

CAN YOU SELL? Sales experience puts you at the top of the list. If you can do the work AND sell it, this is where you can really grow.

QUÉ VAS A HACER:

• Instalar puertas de garaje y motores
• Nivelación de concreto: levantar entradas, patios y banquetas hundidas
• Remodelaciones: regaderas, cocinas, azulejo, drywall, mud y cinta, pintura, framing, decks, pérgolas
• Hablar con los clientes, explicar el trabajo y ayudar a cerrar la venta
• Mantener la bodega organizada y los camiones y equipo limpios y listos

A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS:
Alguien que piensa, no un robot. Alguien que ve un problema y lo resuelve, se enorgullece de un trabajo limpio, llega a tiempo, habla con los clientes con confianza y quiere más de la vida que solo marcar horas.

REQUISITOS:

• INGLÉS FLUIDO Y ESPAÑOL FLUIDO (clientes en inglés, equipo en español, todos los días)
• 2+ años de experiencia práctica en construcción o remodelación
• Tu propio vehículo confiable, licencia de manejo vigente e historial de manejo limpio
• Tu propia herramienta de mano
• Antecedentes limpios. Debes pasar una verificación de antecedentes y prueba de drogas antes de contratarte.
• Disponible para trabajar fines de semana
• Poder cargar 75+ libras, trabajar en escaleras y techos, y trabajar afuera con cualquier clima
