TOOL REQUIREMENTS — YOU MUST HAVE:

8 FT+ Ladder
Complete Hand Tool Set – hammer, tape measure, level, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, utility knife, flashlight, bucket, mud-mixing tools, T-square, framing square, caulk gun, trim puller, keyhole saw, angle gauge
Power Tools – drills, miter saw, air compressor, brad nail gun, tile saw, shop vac
Painting Supplies – rollers, covers, trays, brushes, buckets
Cleanup Supplies – broom, dustpan, Swiffer, sponges, rags, paper towels, cleaning spray
Smartphone & Reliable Transportation

Looking for an experienced jack-of-all-trades/craftsman for construction punch and warranty work on NEW HOMES throughout the Colorado Springs metro and surrounding areas. We will make every effort to keep you close to home.

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN: DRYWALL PATCHING & TEXTURE, PAINTING, TILE, TRIM, STUCCO, CAULKING & GENERAL REPAIRS.

POSITION OFFERS:

$28/hr to start
Paid travel time between jobs
Flexible schedule
Part-Time & Full-Time available
1099 Independent Contractor — NOT an employee
90-day wage review

TACTICAL PUNCH OUT is a Trade Partner with several National Home Builders and is expanding! Work includes builder punch before closing and post-close warranty repairs. Most jobs are 2–4 hours and completed same day.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

Independent, reliable, honest, hardworking, clean/neat, self-motivated, professional, fluent in English, comfortable working inside or outside, and good with technology.

You may work independently in homes or around homeowners during warranty work. Reputation, dedication, and work ethic are everything to us.

Must be fluent in English, drug & drama free, and have reliable transportation.
