Work Order Specialist

Trilogy Property Maintenance, Inc. | Full-Time | $30/Hour

Looking for Steady Work, Independence, and a Company That Values Your Skills?

At Trilogy Property Maintenance, we’re building a company around dependable service, quality workmanship, and treating people with respect — both our customers and our employees.

We’re looking for an experienced Work Order Specialist who knows their way around a variety of repairs, can work independently, and takes ownership of their work. You won’t be doing the same repetitive task every day. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance and repair projects for residential communities and condominium associations, using your experience to troubleshoot problems, find the right solutions, and get the job done right.

We offer consistent work, a company van during work hours, opportunities to grow with an expanding business, and benefits that recognize the value of your experience. If you’re dependable, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want a position where you can put your skills to work, we’d like to hear from you.

What We Offer

The work varies from one job to the next. We value technicians who can assess a problem, determine what materials are needed, work efficiently, and deliver a quality result without needing constant supervision.

You should have a solid foundation of hands-on skills, be comfortable figuring things out, and take pride in leaving a job better than you found it.
