A+ Automotive Technician

$104,000 Base Salary | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Cambridge Auto Center is looking for an experienced A+ Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is a position for a high-level diagnostic technician who can confidently take on difficult problems, perform major repairs, and work independently without needing constant direction.

Compensation & Schedule

• $104,000 guaranteed base salary
• Monday–Friday

What We’re Looking For

We need a technician who is strong in:

• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Check-engine-light and complex fault diagnosis
• Engine mechanical diagnosis and repair
• Timing chains, cylinder heads, engine replacement and other major repairs
• A/C and cooling system diagnosis
• Steering, suspension and brake systems
• Domestic, Asian and European vehicles
• Gas and light/medium-duty diesel experience is a plus
• Proper use of scan tools, scopes, meters and diagnostic equipment
• Reading wiring diagrams and service information
• Accurately documenting findings and recommended repairs

ASE certifications are preferred, but proven experience and ability matter most.
