We have steady work, real repair volume, quality equipment, and advisors who can sell needed work. We are hiring one strong A- or B-level technician who can help us keep up and take pride in fixing vehicles right the first time.

What You’ll Work On

Diagnostics, electrical, drivability, A/C, brakes, steering, suspension, maintenance, tires, alignments, and fleet work on all makes and models. This is real repair work—not an oil-change assembly line.

Pay

Pay is based on your skill, diagnostic ability, productivity, quality, and dependability—not empty promises.

A strong technician has a genuine opportunity to earn $75,000–$120,000+ annually. A true top-level technician who can diagnose, produce, and consistently do quality work can earn up to $60 per flagged hour.

We are not looking for the cheapest technician. We are looking for the right professional, and we are prepared to pay accordingly.

What We Need

Proven automotive repair experience; strong A-level diagnostic ability is a major plus
Confident working on all makes and models
Ability to diagnose—not just replace parts
Quality workmanship, urgency, and pride in a clean, professional workplace
Valid driver’s license; Missouri State Inspection license strongly preferred
