What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record as an A-Level Technician, preferably with Honda or Toyota platforms.
• Skills: Expertise in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, engine/transmission tear-downs, and hybrid systems.
• Efficiency: A "fix it right the first time" mentality with a high flat-rate hour proficiency.
• Certifications: ASE Master Technician status or manufacturer-specific factory training is highly preferred.
