A-Level & Master Automotive Technician – $35–$60/hr + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A-Level & Master Technician to join our dynamic team. We offer full benefits and competitive pay ranging from 90k to 250k. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues. As an A-Level/Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers while maintaining the operational efficiency of our Repair Facility.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain components.
Utilize power tools and equipment to execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating for repairs needed.
Align vehicle components as necessary to meet manufacturer specifications.
Weld components when required, ensuring structural integrity and safety standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably 7+ years automotive repair experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and powertrain components.
Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Certification from an accredited automotive program is preferred but not required.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
