Dead simple requirements:

8a-6p 5 days per week
Masterful diagnostic of ANY mechanical or electrical issues
Understands likely causes but *proves* the solve by demonstrating how the replacement component or service is the *only* answer

The best candidate is great at troubleshooting noises - drivetrain, rattles, suspension, wheel and tire
