Abatement & Demolition Laborers Wanted (Snohomish County / Eastside /

Growing demolition and abatement company is hiring reliable, hard-working laborers immediately.
We are looking for:
Certified Abatement Workers
General Demolition Laborers
Candidates who can do both abatement AND demo are a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

Interior and structural demolition
Asbestos (containment, removal, cleanup)
Site prep, debris removal, and jobsite cleanup
Operating basic hand and power tools
Following safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times

Requirements

Abatement certification (preferred but not required for demo laborers)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Punctual, dependable, and able to take direction
Must be able to pass a drug test, for state recognized illegal drugs

Wage

DOE (depending on experience & certifications)
Prevailing wage jobs available (higher pay when applicable)

Schedule

Full-time, although 40 hours are not guaranteed
Some overtime and weekend work depending on project
