ABC Home Services is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Technician to join our professional team. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, repair, and installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Extensive experience repairing and installing residential HVAC systems
• Thorough understanding of refrigeration principles and safe refrigerant handling
• EPA Certification required
• Knowledge of electrical controls, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, mini-split systems, and ventilation equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems
• Perform accurate system troubleshooting and recommend effective solutions
• Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA regulations
• Install complete HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Complete service reports accurately and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Represent ABC Home Services with integrity and professionalism on every service call
