We’re a locally owned, family-style HVAC company serving homes and businesses on Kauai and Oahu, Hawaii. We take pride in our craftsmanship and treating our team like family. With steady work and great local customers, we’re growing — and we’re looking for skilled technicians and Installers to join our HVAC maintenance team.

You will be servicing both ducted and non ducted (mini split) air conditioners, as well as occasional installs. If you are an experienced HVAC technician, or have some experience installing air conditioners, and would like to make more money and have more opportunities, we'd love to talk to you.

Location: Kauai

Pay: $30–$40/hr (DOE)
Start Date: December
Part time or Full Time

Your Role:

Service, repair and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

EPA Certification (or willing to obtain)
Two years HVAC experience, preferred
Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean driving record
Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
