AC Maintenance Technician – Paid Training – Starting at $20/hr

No air conditioning experience required. We provide paid, on-the-job training.

Air Masters is a locally owned air conditioning company serving Oahu since 1993. We’re hiring AC Maintenance Technicians to clean and maintain Mitsubishi and Fujitsu ductless split air conditioning systems in customers’ homes and businesses.

Pay & Benefits
*Starting pay: $20 per hour

Work Schedule
*Monday–Friday, generally 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
*Start and finish times vary depending on the day’s scheduled jobs
*Optional Saturday work is available to experienced technicians who want additional work

What You’ll Do
*Remove and reinstall AC covers and components for cleaning
*Wash air filters and clean indoor coils, blower wheels, louvers, and drain pans
*Flush and clear AC drain lines
*Rinse and clean outdoor condenser coils
*Reassemble units and check operation after maintenance
*Set up, use, and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and ladders
*Travel between scheduled customer appointments
*Complete maintenance checklists and job paperwork

You’ll learn our procedures alongside an experienced team member before handling appointments independently.

*Ability to perform physical work, including using ladders, working outdoors, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation

Previous AC experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in auto detailing, cleaning, appliance service, general maintenance, or other hands-on work can be helpful.
