Tracy’s Quality Painting has been in business 44 years. We are a licensed, bonded and insured contractor servicing Gig Harbor, Tacoma and surrounding area. We perform both residential and Commercial painting projects. Our employee base has an average employment length of 8 years. It’s important to us to maintain a stable crew and we try to provide a solid work environment to keep it that way.

We are currently accepting applications for crew supervisors and seasoned painters. Our ideal hire is someone who has leadership experience, is smart, healthy and willing to work. We currently are accepting applications for journeyman painters and crew supervisors. Crew supervisor applicants must have experience running a paint crew, product knowledge, know how to spray and roll, cabinet painting experience and detail work to be considered. Our pay scale for journeyman painters is at $25 - $30 and for supervisory positions at $29 - $31. Medical and dental benefits are available to full time employees after an initial waiting period. Supervisors are eligible for one week vacation after one year, and two weeks of vacation after two years in a supervisory position. Our supervisors/crew leads are worked year round. Applicants for a supervisory position must have a valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle.
