AI Hardware Assembly Technicians

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
Per Diem: $120 per day for qualifying travelers
Schedule: 60 hours per week — five 12-hour shifts

We are hiring dependable Assembly Technicians for a professional manufacturing facility in Beachwood, Ohio. Employees will assist with assembling electrical panels and other hardware used in AI-related systems. Prior electrical or panel-building experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who are mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and able to follow detailed instructions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical panels and related hardware

Read and follow schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Install and organize components according to specifications
Use basic hand and power tools safely
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Follow all facility and workplace safety requirements

Qualifications

Electrical, panel-building, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly experience is a plus
Ability to read schematics is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work five 12-hour shifts each week
Professional attitude and workplace-appropriate appearance
Must report to every scheduled shift on time and ready to work
Ability to work well with supervisors and coworkers in a professional manufacturing environment
Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screening

Compensation

$23.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
$120 per day in per diem for qualifying travelers
