Air Conditioning Service Tech / Management

Looking for an experienced service technician who we can mold into management. We are looking for someone who fits our culture and pride we take in this company & is willing to learn as well as teach.

A technician is someone who not only knows how to diagnose something correctly but has good customer service and is detailed in their paperwork. Take pride in your appearance. As well as willing to learn and will receive credits and certificates for
achieving goals.
We do require consistency. We want you to be the same person that we interviewed in 2 years from that date.
We are looking for someone who is hungry and wants to work. Help us grow. Show us you are above expectations and competition. This will create new opportunities.

We strictly work in Palm Beach & Martin County.

We do have uniforms with a laundry service, have all of our trucks are painted and Lettered. No wraps.

We use Service Titan for our invoicing, estimates, dispatching, ect. SERVICE TITIAN EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS
