All-rounder Handyman/Landscaper/Property Caretaker for Private Home

East Aurora area Handyman/Landscaper and Property Caretaker - all-rounder and self-starter for a large private home on large acreage. This is a position that wears many hats. Ideally you will have experience in landscaping and a passion for horticulture. The position requires mowing and upkeep of the property and would include mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning and plantings. Trail clearing and maintenance. Maintenance of all common areas in and around the house, walking the property daily to spot areas that need attention and fixing without oversight. light carpentry, fixing broken items, changing light bulbs, changing filters, hvac and some plumbing knowledge, meeting with vendors, assembling furniture, snow removal in the winter. Pressure washing, window washing. This is a position that requires you to think for yourself, to make suggestions and be pro-active. Communication, discretion, trustworthiness are important. There is a second home that will require travel to an hour from the main house for occasional/seasonal maintenance work. Good salary, yearly bonus and benefits are included.
