ALPHA INC. HAWAII IS LOOKING FOR A CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT — MAUI

Alpha Inc. Hawaii is looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to help lead our growing Concrete Division right here on Maui.

We’re a locally owned Maui company, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to take care of their crews, and understands what it takes to get the job done safely, efficiently, and the right way.

This isn’t just about knowing concrete. We need a leader.

Someone who can work with our foremen, coordinate multiple crews, plan manpower and equipment, stay ahead of materials and schedules, solve problems in the field, and make sure quality never slips.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You might be a good fit if you:

Have strong hands-on concrete construction experience

Have led crews as a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role
Can oversee multiple crews and work areas at the same time
Know how to read plans and specifications
Understand concrete means, methods, quality, production, and safety
Can plan ahead and keep the work moving
Communicate well with the guys in the field and the project team
Take ownership and lead by example

Most importantly, you take pride in what you build and how you treat your people.
