We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabricator/Welder to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated craftsman with strong fabrication skills, the ability to work from drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This position requires experience fitting, fabricating, and welding aluminum components with precision and consistency.
Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld aluminum assemblies and structures
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble components accurately
• Maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Strong fitting and fabrication skills
• Experience working with aluminum structural components
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Welding Test Required
Qualified applicants will be required to complete a practical weld and fabrication test during the interview process.
Pay Range
$20+ per hour depending on experience, skill level, and ability to fabricate independently.
