Pay: $20 - $35 Hourly Rate — Rate based on experience

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and dependable patio builder/framer to join Liberty Bell Shade. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building patios and preferably has also worked with aluminum. This position involves physical labor, accurate measurements, quality craftsmanship, and working outdoors in a variety of conditions. Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works safely, and can complete projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

● Install aluminum patio covers and patio structures. Including, but not limited to retractable awnings, room enclosures, and motorized dropscreens.
● Build and assemble patio covers according to plans.
● Measure and cut materials as needed.
● Use basic hand and power tools.
● Install posts, beams, panels, and other components.
● Prepare the area before installation.
● Load and unload materials.
● Keep the job site clean and organized.
● Follow safety rules and company procedures.
● Work with other team members to complete projects.
● Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
● Complete work correctly and on schedule.
● Footing excavation and cement installation

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience installing aluminum patio covers and/ or construction experience. Framing experience preferred.
● Experience using drills, impact drivers, circular saws, chop saws, levels, and other construction tools.
● A willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, lifting, and carrying construction materials. Employees may be required to lift and carry materials weighing up to 150 pounds and work outdoors in hot, cold, or wet conditions.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Hours: 7am – 330pm
Some overtime, early mornings, or occasional weekend work may be required depending on project schedules and weather.
