Alliance Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Aluminum Welder (MIG/TIG) for a 1st Shift opportunity in Tampa, FL. Pay is $22.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Candidates must have previous aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders, and experience fitting, assembling, grinding, drilling, and welding aluminum components. Responsibilities include inspecting finished welds, safely operating welding and fabrication equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting production and quality standards. Previous welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a strong work ethic are required.
