Description
Seeking motivated, organized person, who communicates well, and works well around our customers (residents), and other employees.
This is for caretaking, maintenance calls, troubleshooting, resource solution finding, and some minimal related admin. This job is not for lazy person, or for someone who drags around a lot of personal drama, or needs a lot of time off to get to their last minute court dates. Must have reliable transportation. Not looking for “contractor" or a crew, to call occasionally, at least not for this exact job.
Not looking for someone with lots of years in construction, or pouring concrete, or whatever, unless this job opportunity, is genuinely the career pivot they are looking to make.
I don’t believe the job requires any more than a few years of experience. More so, I need someone that can come to this job, hit the ground running, with excellent, honest, and sane daily output, with good, competent results.
