APARTMENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED

Experienced, All-Around Maintenance Person

We are looking for a dependable, experienced maintenance technician to handle repairs and ongoing maintenance for an apartment building in Los Angeles.

Qualifications:

• Experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Must have a reliable truck, valid CA license.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to respond to maintenance needs.
• Apartment building maintenance experience is a plus.

Compensation: Pay based on experience and skill level. $23 to $36 per hour. Flexible hours / full time / part time available.

We are looking for someone practical, hardworking, and knowledgeable who can handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks without needing constant supervision.
