Apartment building turn-overs, maintenace and repairs

Seeking motivated, organized person, who communicates well, and works well around our customers (residents), and other employees.

I am looking for someone to immediately concentrate on about 7 to 8 upcoming 1 bedroom unit turn overs that will need to be completed, one unit at a time. These units are a very manageable, (mostly one person) turn projects. The needs vary, but all will primarily involve pre-clean, top-to-bottom unit re-painting. The trash-outs range on current units range from very light to moderate. Hang new mini blinds, address any random repairs, hardware, door knobs, etc. Then a final cleaning.

This can be a long term, nearly full job for the right person. Once turns are caught up, this will transition out of turns and into ongoing maintenance and repairs. Not looking for a “contractor" or a crew, to call occasionally, at least not for this exact job.

I don’t believe the job requires any more than a few years of experience. More so, I need someone that can come to this job, hit the ground running, with excellent, honest, and sane daily output, with good, competent results. You must have reliable transportation. Must be drug free, and keep any personal drama to a minimum.
