Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech . We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing routine repairs, and ensuring our community remains a safe, attractive, and comfortable living environment for all residents

This Position is Temp to Hire, Monday - Friday, possibly Saturdays from 8-5.

Property is located in Fresno.

*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF PREVIOUS APARTMENT MAINTENANCE*

Candidates should have knowledge in residential painting, plumbing, drywall, patching, electrical, basic carpentry, as well as appliance installation and other duties normally associated with property maintenance.
