Maintenance Technician
Description
MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PERSONAL VEHICLE.
Full-time W-2 position for several properties in Shaker Heights and Edgewater. (No vendors or 1099)
$23-26/hour, paid weekly
Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation

Responsibilities: Turnovers/make-readies; Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC; Preventative maintenance
Must have skills: Unclog drains, change outlets, use tools. Boiler experience would be helpful.
