Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

• Enhance Curb Appeal: Keep our community inviting and well-maintained.
• Painting: Perform touch-ups and full unit repaints to maintain a fresh look.
• Trash Management: Collect trash and assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
• Power Washing: Clean building exteriors and pool areas for a sparkling finish.
• Pool Maintenance: Maintain a neat and organized pool area, including furniture.
• Janitorial Duties: Ensure cleanliness inside and outside of the property.
• Lighting: Replace bulbs along walkways and parking areas for safety and visibility.
• Resident Communication: Deliver notices with professionalism and a friendly approach.
• Team Support: Assist with various tasks to help operations run smoothly.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Apartment Turnovers: Prepare units for new residents.
• Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and major appliance repairs.
• Property Support: Assist with painting, groundskeeping, trash collection, pool maintenance, and other property needs.
• Service Requests: Receive, prioritize, and efficiently complete work orders.
• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are a strong plus
