Description
A small residential property multi-family company, seeks Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional services across properties in Souther California
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in property maintenance or related fields.
- Tools: Own tools and a 25-50 ft plumbing snake.
- Transportation: Company will provide a van with a gas card for use
- License: Valid driver’s license.
- Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance.
- Language: Able to hire any language. (Will use translator if necessary)
- Location: We own multiple properties across Southern California
- Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance/repairs in units and common areas.
- Maintain exterior grounds for curb appeal.
- Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7am-5pm with one hour lunch
- $4500.00 per month net pay
- A company vehicle with a Gas card
- Sundays and MAJOR Holidays off
