Apartment Maintenance Handyman NEEDED Urgently

A small residential property multi-family company, seeks Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional services across properties in Souther California

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in property maintenance or related field a general contractor license is a plus
• Tools: You MUST Own ALL tools and a 25-50 ft plumbing snake.
• Transportation: Company will provide a van with a gas card for use
• License: Valid driver’s license.
• Handyman Skills: Must have expert experience in general maintenance including Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Flooring
• Language: Able to hire any language. (Will use translator if necessary)
• Location: We own multiple properties across Southern California
• Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions.

^Able to drive to multiple locations is a MUST!

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance/repairs in units and common areas.
• Maintain exterior grounds for curb appeal.
• Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7am-5pm with one hour lunch break

Benefits/Salary

• $5000.00 per month net pay no taxes
• A company vehicle with a Gas card for use.
• Sundays and MAJOR Holidays off!
