We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a Tucson apartment community.

This is a one-man property.

No maintenance team.

No assistant.

You’ll be the person responsible for keeping the community running and working directly with property management to handle daily maintenance operations.

Position Details

• Maintenance Supervisor
• Tucson, AZ
• $28 per hour starting pay
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling service requests
• Plumbing repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Appliance repairs
• Unit turns and make-readies
• Preventive maintenance
• Grounds and property upkeep
• Working directly with management to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic maintenance tools
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

This position is not for someone looking to be told what to do all day.

It’s for someone who can walk onto a property, identify what needs to be done, and handle business.
