Position Details

• Maintenance Supervisor
• Hardeeville, SC
• $30–35 per hour
• 254-unit apartment community
• Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all day-to-day maintenance operations
• Managing service requests and work orders
• Supervising unit turns and make-readies
• Performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Maintaining the property’s preventive maintenance program
• Working closely with property management to keep the community running efficiently
• Ensuring the property is maintained to company standards

Requirements

• Previous multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience
• CPO Certification (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic maintenance tools
