Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Needed

Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a passion for leadership, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence? Arqline Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and support a thriving apartment community.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead and develop maintenance team members

✅ Complete service requests within 24 hours

✅ Oversee preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement initiatives

✅ Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems

✅ Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and control maintenance expenses

✅ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards

✅ Participate in the on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies

🏘️ What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while leading a team effectively
